Judge a Monthly Public Speaking Tournament for Kids
Our mission is that every school and every student should have access to debate and public speaking opportunities. Speech and Debate are one of the most powerful academic programs to prepare students for college, career and civic success. Our program provides year round public speaking, speech and debate programs free for all students, all grade levels, and all schools.

Pajaro Valley Loaves and Fishes
To assist people in the Pajaro Valley with nutritious food, education, and referrals in cooperation with other agencies. Volunteers write notes of encouragement written in SPANISH to brighten guests' day. These could be simple hand-written notes, and do not need to be anything too complicated.
Holiday Stockings for Hospice Patients
We are asking the community to help us create STOCKINGS FOR HOSPICE PATIENTS. These will be delivered directly to the patient. Just gather a stocking (dollar store is a great place to get one) and fill it with items that can be enjoyed by our patients. Suggested items: Wrapped candy, skid proof socks, crossword puzzle books, short story book, lotion, scented soaps, lip gloss, mini flashlight, wrapped snacks, pens/pencils, scarf, activity books and other items which can be enjoyed!
The CareGivers strives to help the elderly and disabled in the Greater Manchester and Nashua area to remain in their homes. Unfortunately, many homebound seniors experience extreme loneliness. They often spend their birthdays alone. We are looking for volunteers to help us make birthday cards for all our clients each month! Use your creativity to let a homebound senior know that someone is thinking about them on their birthday! A friendly visit, some sweets, and a handmade card can bring hope and cheer to them on their big day!
We're looking for volunteers to help with blog posts, online publication articles, and newsletter content. If you love writing (or editing articles) about cats, volunteer with us! Possible assignments include featured cat profiles, local news, heartwarming adoption stories, etc.
We are a small local hospice company that is looking for volunteers to make face masks for us. Our nurses, hospice aides, care givers, social workers, chaplains, and supportive workers cannot get face masks that they need to protect themselves from COVID 19. At this point, anything is better than nothing. If you are able to create face masks for our team we would be grateful for the assistance and help!

Deering Estate Gardening, Weeding, and Adopt-a-Trail Volunteer
This position assists the grounds crew with their daily duties of maintaining the Deering Estate’s manicured garden areas. Assigned tasks will include assisting in weeding, gardening, and other landscaping related tasks.
Deering Estate Coastal Clean-up Volunteer
This position assists with marine debris removal at Deering Point, located just down the road from Deering Estate. Assigned tasks will include manual removal of plastic and glass along the coastline of Biscayne Bay.
Deering Estate Visitor Guide and Museum Exhibit Volunteer
This position assists guests with information and directions on-site and in our historic house museum. Assigned tasks will include acting as a guide or host, assisting with guest relations, ushering, and other special exhibits& event activities
Deering Estate Special Events Volunteer
This position provides assistance during special events taking place at the Deering Estate. Assigned tasks include main gate assistance with will-call, visitor flow, guest arrival, and customer service
Miami Children’s Museum Volunteer
Miami Children’s Museum has many volunteer opportunities available for teens (ages 16+), adults and groups. Volunteers interact, teach and inspire museum visitors.
